1. Services
Trilinear Studio (“Trilinear,” “we,” “us”) designs, hosts, and manages custom websites for small businesses and local contractors on a month-to-month subscription basis with no long-term contracts.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
- Program Name & Description: Trilinear Studio SMS Support & Website Updates. By texting (628) 386-2492 or opting in via our website form at https://trilinear.ai, you consent to receive conversational customer care messages and website edit confirmations from Trilinear Studio.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (628) 386-2492. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text “START” or sign up as you did the first time.
- Help & Support Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at studio@trilinear.ai or (628) 386-2492.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message & Data Rates / Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your website update requests and inquiries. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly ($99/mo or $249/mo) and may be canceled at any time by emailing studio@trilinear.ai or texting (628) 386-2492.
